Efrat specializes in leading organizations to realize their full potential and achieve strategic results by translating intentions, plans, and ambitions into people, teams and actions. Efrat holds a B.A in Politics & Media with distinction from Bar-Ilan University and an M.A in Organizational Consulting & Development with distinction from the College of Management in Israel
