Dotan is a father to 3 gifted kids: Saifun, Shavit and Arbel.

Dotan has 25 years of experience leading cutting-edge software R&D teams in the high-tech industry. Dotan is an expert in big data, e-commerce, telecommunication, entertainment, and security. Prior to joining O'Daddy, Dotan headed AT&T's R&D in Israel (NYSE:T) and led over 300 software engineers in the development of B2C apps and Telco-grade platforms. Before that, Dotan was Director of R&D at Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), where he managed the development of consumer-facing self-service and e-commerce products for large operators around the globe. Earlier, Dotan worked as VP R&D at Orca Interactive, being part of the team that brought Orca to a successful IPO and later to an acquisition by France Telecom. Dotan held R&D positions also at Oracle, Intel, and the IDF. On top of decades of R&D leadership positions, Dotan is a hands-on developer with a passion for gadgets and mastering everything new and exciting. He's an avid believer in Agile and Lean development and led large Agile transformations at both AT&T and Amdocs. Dotan holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
